Almost WILD?
Last night I decided to try WILD. I've only tried it a few times before, but with the same result as last night.
It seems like every time I try, after about 15 or 20 mins I get this huge wave over my body and it feels like i'm sinking.. this goes for about 3 seconds then goes away and I feel normal.
This happened about 4 times in a row then I guess I just fell asleep. Any thoughts/tips?

well i'm actually no expert in wilding, but what you could try is
• wait a bit longer after the wave comes in
• try the 61-point relaxion technique (helped me a LOT)
• try the VILD-technique to get into a lucid dream from the state of SP
• reality check when you suddenly feel normal!! You might already dream and not even know it, when you really suddenly feeling normal and open your eyes, do a reality check. There is also a RC you can do without mooving, I think someone discribed it in one of the wild tutorials, I have to look it up again.
BTW, maybe you should describe a bit more how exactly you tried to wild, what you do and when, I might help you more then.
Hope I could help

Hi there, all I can do lately is wild, because my dreamrecall is not what it used to be... what probably happend, is that everytime you feel that wave of heaveyness(wich is you entering SP), you stop relaxing, and that , but is the most important thing, if you wil react in any way on what you mind wants your body to do your bio clock wil restart.
next time when you enter SP try to change noting, nog the way your eyes point to, or move your fingers, just try to relax( wich is really hard) and tell your self you will enter a dream, this works for me anyways
took me about 3 months to really controll it.
give it a shot !

Hey thanks for the tips, i'll try them out tonight. Usually before I try doing a WILD i relax for about 10 mins on my back and relax my body then I reverse blink untill I start getting tired. I will definatly try the 61-point relaxation... i've heard about it before but never looked into it.
