Sorry for another WILD post, but when I am trying to WILD, am I allowed to swallow?

yes it does..at some point the swallow reflex will reset your clock, specially when your entering SP or just because try to focus on doing nothing and try to enter a dream.t

Well, this one isn't too common anyway. I think the tutorials should suffice... And look at the stickies already at the top of the page... It's just that no one reads them.
