Type of Sleeping disorder?

I've had this one since i was 16 i'm now 19, I usually go to bed around 1-2am and get 6 hours sleep, i get it when i lie on my back or my knees are touching when i sleep it sounds weird i know if i lie on my side without knees touching it doesnt happen.

I've never heard about the same thing I have, basically I can't open my eyes or move at all, so my eyes are shut, but it feels like my heads being shook viciously but i can't open my eyes or anything, when i used to lie on my back i could have it sometimes 5-6 times a night and it'd drain me, anybody know what this could be?

I have experienced this for over 3 years i'd say a good 100 times, never been able to open eyes not sure whats the cause for me.

Sounds like sleep paralysis causing your inability to open your eyes, and hypnagogic hallucinations causing that feeling in your head.

That does sound a lot like sleep paralysis. Does this seem like it could be what you are experiencing?

Sounds exactly like sleep paralysis, I've heard that sleeping on your back with your face to the ceiling can trigger it.
