How do LD Differ in perspective?

Now I have only remembered one LD, and I don't even remember much except being in school on a sunday afternoon. I was wondering if that when you LD, are there different point of views, (like 3rd person omniscent, 1st person, even 2nd person)? I was only wondering just so that I know exactly when I can be sure I'm LDing. Thanks for your help, and even post if they are all possibilities or if you've had your own.

I wasn't going to post, but wow that was great.

But if you want to know if you can, I will say you can. Like I said. It is your freaking dream. You can do whatever you want (except for turning off the lights :P)
