Hypnopompic state
I've had these happen quite a few times, especially in the morning (8-9am); I will be dreaming and all of a sudden I'm awake, but not completly because I will experience visual and auditory hallucinations and get scared for no apparent reason and after that I become fully/normally awake, my question: Is it possible to reverse the effect, instead of waking up after the halluc., but to go back into a dream while conscious, sort of like (hypnopompic state -> hypagogic state -> lucid dream), to take advantage of the halluc and go back to a dream instead of waking up?

Heck yes it is possible :D
I've heard people call it dream chaining, or DEILD (Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream):

I'm normally able to do it when sleeping in on a lazy sunday morning. Whenever I manage to do it, I can get dozens of brief lucids back to back. They are not very satisfying, and don't last long enough to do much. Still, it makes for some cool dreamlets, watching your hypnagogia become real over and over again.

Nice thanks m8, I think there was once a time I had that happen but I wasn't lucid, it was very strange, I had just woken up from a dream and for about 2 secs I was awake and just fell asleep again into a dream. But today when i was experiencing the hallucinations I tried to visualize a landscape and I could literally see it but it kept fading and getting smaller and I woke up.
