After a while, you will have more lucid dreams. A dream journal serves a few purposes. The most important is that it helps recall. A few other things is it can help locate a dream sign. When you do Reality Checks around dream signs, that can transfer to dreams. You can do a reality check, and become lucid any time you are dreaming. Not only naps.
Keep a dream journal, locate a dreamsign, and do reality checks. You'll be lucid dreaming in no time.
well, another problem i used to have with my dreams, is that i never need reality checks and i always know when im dreaming, but i usually can't control myself, i just do whatever is in context with the dream. I can wake up, but that's all i can do.
Reality checks usually bring a stronger sense of realization with them.
