Lucid turned bad :(.

Okay i wasn't trying to be lucid but the other day I was lucid, for a short time, I was down by a beach, and i was in some building that was being haunted by a ghost, i told myself the ghost isn't there and it was gone, so i tried a reality check and it worked, i realised i was dreaming, so i went ot the beach with my dreams friends and started running around, but i lost lucidity and started to go into a story, my friend and i kidnapped a baby from the beach and started running away from it's mother.

And the next thing I know my alarm goes off, i wake up turn it off and go back to bed, i don't realise it but im still dreaming and I cant move as i get back into my bed and snuggle up, and i can see a ghostly figure standing beside my bed looking down at me, i look directly forward at the wooden chest of draws i have beside my bed and try to get up out of bed, it's so vivid its like its actually happening.

I start to panic my eyes wont open, and then finally i start "lagging" like, getting up out of my bed, and running to my door and the ghost is standing on my stairs, i freak out and i lag back into my bed, is struggle to get out and i run down to my kitchen where its a lovely summers day and it feels so real and then, i wake up.

Im sweating and i start getting worried to open my door as everything looks EXACTLY the same, i walk down my stairs, the lighting is the exact same, i start getting scared, so i take a different route into my kitchen, i get there and everything is how i saw it in the dream, the same light shinining in the same spots, and its so nice i say "ah just like summer".

Now im not sure how you interpret this but, point is, im not sure if it was just a very coincidental dream or if i was having an out of body experience and there's something watching over my house...

What are your thoughts? this is really freaking me out lol.

hi mate! relax it's just your subconsciousness. Had you been as aware and confident when the ghost appeared in your room as you were earlier in the dream you could make the ghost disappear, break out in song, tell jokes, etc

I'll try those things next time, if it happens again. :).
