Well, I just wanted to introduce myslef. Sincere's the name and making stupid, irrelevant jokes is the game... I have just begun this whole dream stuff and thought it was interesting. Hopefully I will have decent dream recall soon and I'll start to become active on the forums seeking help and eventually helping others :)
I do realize I don't have a sig, info and avatar yet, but once I get to my own computer I will :P

Quick question, do you keep a Dream Journal?
Thanks for the warm welcoms guys. I do have a few questions I'd like to ask but don't want to make a new thread.
My first question is regarding waking in the night to record my dreams. Last nigh I set my alarm to wake me at 4.5, 6, and 7.5 hours. At two a.m. I woke up but only remembered a very, very small amount of a dream so I decided not to write it down. I tried to get back to sleep but couldn't, half an hour later I changed my alarm from 3:30 to 4:00 a.m. I still didn't fall asleep for another 20 minutes so I just said screw it and set my alarm for six and waited to fall asleep.
So, I guess my question is, if I go to sleep half an hour after waking up, or whenever, do I set my alarm to wake me up an hour and a half after I suspect I will fall asleep, or from when I awoke? Long sentence.
My second question is regarding dream signs. I tend to already have okay recall for someone that has never done anything to help promote it. There are a few things I think can be considered dream signs that I remember.
The first thing is third person. I often have dreams in third person looking at myslef. The only thing I can connect it to is that when I daydream, I usually do it in third person. I find it quite difficult to do it in first person. The second sign I see is this one girl. I can't really tell if it is the same girl since I don't really see much detail of people in dreams that I don't know. I think it's the same person just because I always have a dream with some girl I'm attracted to. Anyway, could these two be dream signs, or should I continue to record dreams and see if there is anything else in more detail.
Oh, and one more thing, last night when my alarm woke me at six, I remembered two dreams. They may have been connected, but I can't remember any bridge between them.
