SP into a LD

How do you turn an SP into a LD?

Also is it possible to get an SP without waking up? I believe what I do is SP's as I get really numb at my arms and legs. I have noticed the longer I make myself stay in that state the number I will get. Just a day ago I started feeling my main body (abs, ribs part, lungs, pelvis, ect.) all get numb and I can't feel them at all, all the way up to my neck. Is this a SP? I feel all the main symptoms that and SP should give you but I just don't have the illusions yet, i think I have to wait a little longer as I gradually have increased my time, from 12 minutes to 22 minutes in SP.

So my main two questions are, how do you turn an SP into a LD, and is what I am doing an SP? If you have questions feel free to ask
