Slowly moving from one position (still with your eyes closed) to another can pop up some recall of a dream. .......The theorey is that whichever way you were lyeing while in that dream is that your chances of recall improve. Fact or fiction? Hay what ever works :P
I find the same, but advise that you lie in the same position while going over the last dream. Moving around after you're happy with that, might be a added measure I haven't considered.
