I'm new to DV and just wanted to say hello to everyone!
Once I had a dream where I could jump really high and hover in the air. The more I jumped the higher I could go and the longer I could hover for. I was hovering over a city. I woke up feeling so good after that dream and the feeling lasted for days:) The first thing I will do when I have a lucid dream is fly properly.
I've been keeping an irregular dream journal since Feb '08. I read LaBerge EWoLD about 4 months ago and started using the techniques to improve dream recall. My efforts have been a bit on and off so far.
I find that whenever I repeat to myself before I go to bed: "Tonight I will remember my dreams". It always works!

Hello and Welcome! :D Autosuggestion like "I will wake after every dream and write it down" works wonders for me, too. Crazy how we can just order our brains around like that.
