ok , so , about 5 days ago i had my first lucid dream . it was something like this . i was sitting in a bar when suddenly ( i have no idea why ) i turned around and said " you know all of this is a dream? " " no shit " was his answer . then i realised that if it was a dream i could do anything i want . i looked at a wall and concentrated on shooting lazers out of my hands and i get thrown back as the lazers blasted a hole in the wall . next thing i know is that i wake up
in some bedroom and decide its already over . here i lost my lucidity . later on ( dont remember how ) i get hit by a car and wake up . from what i read here i shouldnt have so much control.

Actually it is possible to have complete control. You could be a god in your dream and create a new planet if you wanted to. Usually noobs don't get the hang of it as fast, but the more control you have the better. Basically, if you truly believe you can do it, then you can. Any doubt, even the slightest bit can make things happen quite differently and often comically.

OK well like Yoshi said, its possible to have control as a noob. My first LD was crazy I had tons of control.... Some LDs are better than others. Just always keep in mind that STABILIZING the dream comes first, once your dream is stable then control comes beter....
