I've recently begun trying to WILD, using the method of inducing SP through not moving. Only problem is, I keep moving my eyes :(. Does anyone know any good ways of keeping them still? cheers.

some people roll their eyes up so that they look at their third eye chakra. you could focus on this point, or maybe just pay less attention to your visual faculty and more on your breathing or something else.
Thanks :). The only problem is i get eye strain when i focus on the third eye lol, but i will give it a try :)
You shouldn't consciously try to roll your eyes up, it just happens naturally. Don't worry about where your eyes move, it shouldn't affect the WILD, my eyes kind of move around sometimes too.Quote:

Actually, in sleep paralysis the only thing you'll be able to voluntarily move is your eyes, so I wouldn't worry about it too much ;) Some people wear sleep masks or make sure the room is totally dark to get around this.
ahh right thank you, I didnt know that about SP! I will be trying to WILD again later, hopefully I'll be able to do it now :D
