Ah. Goodie. I'll defiantly try that technique to WILD again, then. None of the other WILD methods seem to fit me, cause whenever I try to count my breaths or such, I find myself loosing time or loosing count, which leads to stray thoughts (Like "125, 126 - 148 (!)" or "249, 240 .. 249, 240, 241 ... wait..."), and all other methods seem to rely on feeling SP or turnover signals or seeing things, which I never do.
Learned a lot new since finding this place, though. Last time I based myself mostly on the FAQ from lucidity.com, but here people have gathered much more info and hints and tutorials. I just regret the need for a Dream Journal -.-
