My first post did not seem to work. I have dreams that are very vivid and seem so real that I can go what seems a whole day in one dream and think that that day was for real and really happened only to find out latter in the day that I am talking about something that happened in my dream to such people as co-workers. I do get the odd laugh out of my co workers when this sort of thing happens. Does anyone else get dreams like this?
If you know that you are dreaming in a dream is that a lucid dream? I have dreams that I know that I am dreaming but do not seem to be able to do what I want.
The definition of a lucid dream is that you are conscious you are dreaming. So the above is technically a lucid dream. Even if you could not do anything within it. Don't worry about that though, once you've had a few it will be easy then ;)Quote:
