Ive been lucid dreaming off and on for about 15 years and never found a method to trigger it. It was always something like my girlfriend snoring while I was walking alone through a field or ?? that gave it away. Till i found this site several months ago, and learned about reality checks. Back in the day I always wanted to loop a tape recorder quietly saying "your dreaming" over and over while i sleep so it would bleed over into dream. The best one that works for me now is looking at my digital watch... My watch never has numbers its always letters and shapes like squares and triangles in a row like hieroglyphics of some sort. And it works every time.

My journey once i become lucid, I try like hell to find out where I am and what year it is. Look for news papers, ask around. DCs always look at me like a real person would... like "Are you crazy?" only date i ever got, a woman told me it was "ten-teen oh-four"

I guess my goal is to see if this is an alternate universe, or maybe a tear in time, or some kind of physic vortex. A "network connection" to the other side. a hole in the spiritual "firewall" that keeps us inside our heads. Anyway until i reach some intelligent life in my dream I guess its all just a dream.

BTW you gotta find a mirror and look in it............ whhhooooaaaa
