Guess What...
A newbie here! :woohoo:
I thought I would start off by saying hello to the members of Dream Views. My name is Crystal or CrystalDoll, I'm eighteen, and my interests include social studies, politics, psychology, but mostly animals and nature.
I'm not exactly new to lucid dreaming. I've known about the idea for a good four years and have experienced a few lucid dreams. But due to a lack of motivation (aka pure laziness), I am not near to the level I wish I could be.
While here, I hope to get more motivation and some help on improving my techniques (which I will post elsewhere).
I think my stay here will be enjoyed and beneficial!

Welcome to DV! :D
I'm pretty sure your stay will be beneficial ^^ There's a lot of wonderful people around that have cool and fun things to share about dreaming, so if you need motivation then this is deffinately the place to be!

Welcome :D
This place is great for increasing motivation. You really can't help it, reading about all the cool LD experiences people have... :cheeky:

If nothing else, you'll learn to become excited about lucid dreaming here. If you need a little motivation, head over to the official Task of the Month sub forum, or try something smaller like WakataDreamer's Deep Lucid Task of the Month (which I'm a co-founder of :)) http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...php?p=1110232# You'll find it here. If you're artistic, try submitting to the dream gallery.
For help on the lucid techniques, try "Attaining Lucidity" sub forum, or if you're into WILD'ing, we've got an entire sub forum devoted to that. Either way you wanna go, we've probably got it here. Hope you stay at DV.
By the way, it really helps if you keep a dream journal.

I used a dream journal in the past, but have started a new one last night to try to "refresh" myself. :)
Thank you guys for the welcome!
