yup. Im new to the Dreamviews forum but have been interested in lucid dreaming for about two years.
In those two years i have had about 3-4 lucid dreams. I attribute my low number to the fact that i go months at a time without updating my dreamjournal and dont put any effort into trying lucid techniques.
i'm hoping to change that though :)
Hey NeedsMoreWolf. I don't have a dreamjournal anymore and I still have lucids. Maybe you should put more effort into trying techniques. How is your dream recall? Atleast try DILD or MILD stuff.
Dream Recall is good actually. When i put a little effort into it i can usually recall my dream 4 out of 5 nightsQuote:
