Well I'm going to need more information than that. Like how much experience do you have of lucid dreaming. How many lucid dreams have you had. And where are you starting from, do you have a dream journal. Because you might be starting too far up then just starting from a foundation.
I concur, Dr. L. Wannabe, more data would make for a more accurate diagnosis thus a more proper treatment!
But in all seriousness, start with a dream journal, an RC method that works for you, and refresh yourself by reading some of DVs finest tutorials. It's the most comprehensive LDing guide on the net, you know.
Reality checking is a must when starting (or starting again in your case.) Write the letters RC on your wrist with a marker and do one every time that you see it, it should make you do one every couple of minutes and that will drastically increase your chances of getting lucid.
Dreamviews has the best set of tutorials for lucid dreaming and all aspects of it on the internet, check them out. I recommend looking at the reality check one, as well as MILD and WBTB.
