i am back!
i havent been on for a while but anyways im back! and i think i need some help on something, well first of all remember when i was at the races and i said "im dreaming im dreaming!" well then, i cant have any more lucid dreams no matter what, i also try WILDS but i cant seem to get it to work, any tips for someone coming back?

First, I would work on getting your recall back up. When you feel like you are remembering a sufficient amount of dreams get started on a technique. Only you can find out which will work best for you, and I'd suggest trying something out for 1-2 weeks before moving on to something different. You can do whichever you'd like, but I would try DEILD...after attempting the major techniques, I found it to be the easiest(for me).

thats gonna be a problem
well, i cant do DEILD because im too deep of a sleeper, not even my grandma's REALLY loud alarm clock can wake me up, i dont hear anything at all i dont feel anything at all so DEILD is useless, the only thing i can hear is the voices in my mind.... which are coming from DC's.....so anything i can do that fits my sleeping habits?

Well, as for the sleeping issue, you could always use mantras: "I will be aware of waking after every dream."
But if you're set on something where you won't have to wake up prematurely, you should probably try DILD or MILD.
