Hello, fellow lucid dreamers!

Hello, I am glad to have found this forum!

I have in the past experienced lucidity in dreams. Also I believe in dream work rather than dream interpretation as dreams are so personal.

At the moment I started writing a dream journal in a dream book, a nice bound book which I keep by my pillow. I tend to dream vividly and in full colour, and remembers dream easily. One of my goal is to become regularly dream lucid, as lucidity is occasional.

I have a three recurring dreams: (1) my old grammar school, (2) house where I once lived as a teenager, and (3) solution preparation room at work.

Dreamnaut is my dream name from Earth side: I am yet to be named in my dream.

Soon I will start a dream journal here... and stuff like that!

Welcome to DVs, it seems like you are aiming for DILD, so I guess you should read the RC-Tutorial in the tutorials section.

After looking a round the forum, I have tried implementing a DILD technique, also I am Reality Testing regularly.

Last night was not lucid, but as usual remembered at least one dream, and is being recorded in my dream journal.

Huh, you're dream places are very similar to mine. You should learn to use that to get yourself lucid. Whenever I'm in the house that I grew up in, I immediately recognize it as a dream, it's called a dream sign. With practice, you'll be able to recognize these dream signs and get lucid more often.

The MILD technique is a good one too, it's a variation on the DILD technique. Check out the induction method tutorial down below.
