Hello Dreamers
My name is Tom and I am new to the site and very excited to learn more about the other life we live while our bodies sleep... maybe the one we should accept as reality. I am new to the site but no so new too LDing.
But lately I have been having trouble, its a hard time for dreamers.
Lately I have been aware that I was dreaming, and quite happy about it but it seemed I was still stuck half way in the realm of dreaming and waking life. Part of me realizes I am dreaming, I even talk to my DC's about it, but the other half of me knows I am on my bed, sometimes even to the point to where I will open my eyes while sleeping momentarily and see stuff in my room then go back to the dream world.
The problem is being, I can't move! I can't do what I want!
Is it because I am not in a deep enough sleep state and I'm too aware of my body? Is it because I am allowing myself to realize my body isn't moving therefore my mind can't either?
Never had this problem before.
Number of LD's: Six.

You can't move in sleep paralysis. That is probably what you are talking about.

You might be fully asleep but thinking you can feel your physical body, or your "dreams" could be vivid hypnagogic hallucinations when you're not actually fully immersed in the dreamstate. The not moving is just sleep paralysis.

Yeah I think your probably right. I feel as if I wasn't in a deep enough state of sleep... yeah my eyes even opened at one point.
Hypnagogia. What a weird thing. That there is a world between sleeping and waking amazes me. That there is even a dividend between these two makes it even more fascinating.
