Hi !
i use to keep a dream journal.....i stopped a few years ago...i was googling today about vitamin b6 in relation to dreams and found this wonderful websight !
i've been studying Tibetan Buddhism for about 10 years now...have read a little from Dream Yoga books written by Tibetan Buddhists...i came to the understanding that doing Dream Yoga is an advanced practice...should have the guidance of a teacher or be qualified to do it.
i have read some posts here reguarding amazing experiences and accomplishments of some of the members here !!!! i am truely amazed at the level of control you have accomplished...and it has sparked again an interest in me to explore this once again...
i love dreaming and i am a dreamer...lol
this form is so interesting !!!!!!
excuse me as i lurk...there's so much to learn here !!!!
i will eventually come around to posting my dream experiences too.
Thankyou.

I look forward to hearing about those experiences!
We do have a Religion and Philosophy section that may interest you, but be careful! It gets scary in there sometimes...
At any rate, it's good to here you are trying to learn as much as you can. Might I suggest keeping a dream journal and doing Reality Checks right away? Experiencing LDs is the best way to learn about them, I say. Even still, we have the most comprehensive collection of tutorials on the net. You may want to take advantage of them.
Have fun here- and I hope you learn alot and stick around long enough to give us your insights.
