Hello
hello I am Zelda Freak. I am very interested in lucid dreaming and want to be able to do it more often. (so to say) Because when i was little, about 4 to 9 i would right before i wake up have a sensation of floating about a foot above my bed and then would wake up. I want to through lucid dreaming have this happen again because it has not happend in a long time:(. I stumbled upon this site and like it because of the easy to acces info and also the fact that it does not focus on the "supernatural" lucid dream idea. so I say Hello DREAMVIEWS.

Welcome to DreamViews zeldafreak!
That feeling you got was probably just a hallucination that you get before falling asleep or after waking up.
Be sure to check out our tutorial threads and don't be afraid to ask any questions you might have!

Hello, and welcome!
I read of an OBE (Out of Body Experience) like that.
He had the same effect as a child.
Could be, or just your mind playing tricks on you.

Welcome. Learning lucid dream is a great experience. As said before this is a wonderful community and I am sure you will enjoy your stay.

:welcome: to DV. To get lucid you need to identify something that only can happen in a dream (Called a dream sign) then do something that confirms that you are dreaming (called a reality check.) DV has the best set of tutorials on the internet for the subject of lucid dreaming. Check them out, specifically the DILD one. Links below. :)
