New to this strange land...
Hello everyone! I guess my story isn't too original around here, but hey, here goes... I've been fascinated with dreams, natural phenomena, the power of the human psyche, etc. my entire life. Every once in awhile I will become impassioned enough, by a conversation among friends or something, that I will spend hours/days researching similar topics. Of course, life gets busy and the flames die down, and soon the ideas are collecting dust on the shelf. Today, I started up on another high, and this site happened to be third on the list of a Google search for "dream control." Usually, amazing concepts like this seem pretty out there, but this society of "dreamers" makes it all seem so attainable, so I thought I'd stick with it this time. Everyone seems so friendly, and I've always -dreamed- of the type of possibilities that this community has to offer.
As for me - my real name is Jonah, I'm 17, and I'm in my senior year of high school. I'm an actor and musician (I'm no genius, but its what I love to do ;)) and I guess a dreamer when it comes to the real world, too. Like many who have joined this lovely group, after reading through some of the topics presented here, I realized I have experienced this lucid dreaming before. So I am definitely looking forward to exploring this seemingly endless world of possibilities. Thank you for maintaining this site and for being so welcoming. Peace and love.
