I've become lucid around 15 times now but I can never stay asleep. I calm down my breathing touch things that are close. Then when I think I'm ready I go for a walk. However every thing seems to fade around me and I wake up. I've tried spinning once and woke up right after an RC. I have never stayed longer than about 3 mins without waking.
Are there any ways to prolong dreaming?
