Hi everyone
I just discovered this dream forum and am psyched to join. A couple weeks ago I decided I was going to start paying more attention to my dreams. I used to keep a dream journal about a decade ago and found it an amazing source of creativity and inspiration, but then real life intruded -- and, well, you know how it goes.
I want to regain control over my dreams. As a writer, I am very interested in keeping my mind in shape and I think that working towards lucid dreaming is a great form of mental exercise.
... If anyone has any tips to offer, I'd love to hear them!

Hi there and welcome to the forum! There is lots of good information about dream recall and induction techniques to get you lucid again in the tutorials section of this site. The dream journals section is also very useful to keep you motivated and to get feedback.

Thanks for your reply! I'll definitely check out the tutorials. I'm amazed at how much my recall has improved just in the past 10 days or so, just from writing down my dreams again. I'm sure all the other techniques will help even more.
