Hello - Great site!

Hi all, discovered this site when searching around for material about lucid dreams and it certainly looks like the best out there.

Quick introduction:

Benn interested in astral projection\obe for many years now but never really given it the required time or attention. Was aware of lucid dreaming and bought LaBerge's book a few years back.

I read the book for the first time a few months ago and I'm bowled over by the possibilities LD can offer. Since then I've had two accidental and short LD's. I wasn't 100% sure if the 1st was actually a LD or a very vivid dream but I'm sure about the 2nd. It only lasted about 10 seconds before I woke up (due to excitement?).

Anyway, I'm totally hooked!!!! and determined to become proficient in LD's. I've read LaBerge's book several times and I now plan to read the very informative (and vast) material on this site.

Nice to see you're already having some. Dr Laberge's book is awesome, sounds like you know most of what you need, but feel free to ask any other questions.
