Dream Recall + WILD Questions

Hi everyone

Just wanted to ask some questions about the stuff on the title lols.

Well first of all I started LDing about 2 days ago and first night i slept, i remembered one dream, but this morning, I could not remember the dream I had. Is this normal? I remember telling my self before going to sleep that I will rememer my Dreams when I wake up until I fell asleep and I believed in it.

Also when I was trying to sleep last night, I think I was accidently WILDing because I was relaxed and I closed my eyes, and about 5 mins later I started seeing swirling colours and patterns and then my body started to heat up alot and I got really hot and I started feeling weird sensations around my body so I got worried and opened my eyes, is this normal?

What you are experiencing is very normal. It's common to forget dreams as the day
progresses, even if you were able to remember them clearly upon waking. It helps to
remember a key characteristic of the dream, as opposed to all of the little details. The
swirling colours and patterns are hypnagogic imagery, a hallucination that some people
experience upon falling asleep. The same may or may not be true of your sensation of heat,
depending on your sleeping arrangement (blankets, air conditioning, open windows, etc).

Tomorrow morning I will see if I can remember my dreams :D

and one more thing, you know when I experienced alot of heat, once I opened my eyes, the heat vanished. So I guess it was due to entering SP or something. I dont know :L

oh yeah and another thing, lol sorry about the questions but its about RC
When I RC its usually the nose pinch and breathe one. How long do I have to breathe for, so far I've been doing it throughout the day atleast 3-8 times per hour LOL. I also usually look at my hands as a back up RC. and when performing an RC, do I speak in my mind that, Am I dreaming? and If the RC works as in I cannot breathe and my hands are normal, should I say after that, that I am in reality and I am not dreaming?
