Hey guys
Hey everyone, as you can see this is my first post, but the reason I'm registers and posting is not because of lucid dreaming, it's because of astral projection. I've been able to lucid dream since I was kid, I remember watching dragon ball z movies, and reacting it in my dreams (learning how to fly was the most fun), but I've stumbled upon something new, astral projection, I've tried to manage to get into the astral world a few times, but yesterday was the first time I received the shaking and vibrations plus the whole cracking noise, I didn't think I'd get the fear but I did; I was quite surprised because the feeling was so surreal, plus the thought I was focusing on was about aliens, don't exactly remember what I was thinking but it was something about them.
Now that I've read up on some WILD tutorials, I guess it was because I woke up after a dream that I was having, (I became lucid, and few minutes later I woke up because I was EXTREMELY thirsty, (was very drunk so didn't have a lot of liquid in my body I guess) so anyways I drank to quench my thirst and laid down. After a few minutes this uncomfortable body load came on, comparable to salvia I'd say, and I started hearing these VERY loud cracking noises that I could feel in the back of my head, I instantly remember this as a sign of entering the astral world as I've read about astral projection, but the feeling was very uncomfortable and it was the first time I've ever felt it (plus I was thinking of aliens, didn't really wanna have a lucid dream involving aliens, as I don't know how to teleport, only fly), so I tried to move and woke up, I'm hoping I'll be able to do this again some time later without the thoughts of aliens of course, might make me feel a little more comfortable.

shaking and vibrations = means you are experiencing hypnogogyc hallucinations- read the WILD tutorial
take further talk of astral projection to the beyond dreaming forum. Otherwise refer to it as FA (false awakening)

Okay, my second time I had sleep paralysis. Background info: I was having a dream about trying to fall asleep and having random thoughs (weird shit huh?) Anyways I was thinking of this post made by another person about how he has two ghosts living with him, one was a 9 year old girl and the other was a 40 year old woman with no husband, she was called the defenseless, or (a lobster in a cage.)
Don't ask where I saw this post or on what forum because they're both in dreamland-central. So anyyyyways as I was reading the post people were replying to it and one guy posted that it would be a good horror story, and some other people said that they started to shiver even after just reading that. Some person posted that you can't see colors and something else when your about to fall asleep.
So anyways, as I though I was just laying in my bed trying to fall asleep, I woke up cause it was cold to put a blanked over me, remind yourself that I just had some crazy story about ghosts, as I lay to the side my vision goes all black I think that's weird and close my eyes; RIGHT after I close my eyes I feel as if someone is shaking me VERY hard around my arms, like my whole body was shaking and I could feel someones arms around my shoulders. Ontop of that I'm hearing this very loud static noise and like a 70mph wind blowing through my ears, needless to say I was scared shitless, mainly due to confusion of the whole situation. I knew I was having sleep paralysis and stayed put for a few seconds where all those thngs dyed down and the world went black, at which point I opened my eyes. It was my bed in the normal surrounding so I did a reality check to make sure it's not a false awakening, which sadly it wasn't.
I moved around in my bed and kept my eyes open for like 10 minutes before going to sleep, right now it's about 20 minutes as I'm making this post on my iPhone.
