Hello

Hello, could u tell me the name of a few books that i may read in order to start lucid dreaming? i really would like a simple book in adittion to this forum to become a dreamer :D

Hi Diogo, most people here including me would recommend "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Laberge. And welcome to the forum :).

EWoLD is often called "The Bible of lucid dreaming", and for good reason. Fantastic read.

Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming, is an excellent book. You will find out many things about sleep and dreams that you did not know before! From time to time, I will pick that book up and start reading it over again, just to refresh my memory
