So I was attempting to WILD one night, and I got the point where my eyes saw lights and stuff. (This is before I learned thats right before you lucid).
But I was right there, and I actually had to stop because I had such a bad itch!
Almost every single time I wild I have to stop because I get a goddamn itch.

I assume you're familiar with the concept mind awake, body asleep. And the fact that the body sends signals to know if the mind is asleep, the signals can be the feeling of having to move because you feel uncomfortable (which you actually don't) or itching (maybe something else as well).
I think that's it, you must try to resist the itch, focus your attention on something else and it most likely is going to go away.
Yeah I was reading about that last night, But they were such bad itches. >.< Ill try harder next time

A method I've used before is pretend you're an alien in someone else's body. That's not your itch. It's just a feeling. Tell it that it isn't there, and it wont be.
Hey, that's a good idea! I have this itching problem sometimes, too. I have had some success telling myself it's not a "real" itch and just powering through it that way, but I like your idea. :)
