I'm new, just kinda saying what's up.
My name is Adam, I've been interested in lucid dreaming for about a year now? It's been a long long time.. but for awhile I was an avid pot smoker, but I've put the pipe down, and now I have ALOT easier time remembering dreams when I wake up, I get about two a night.. I record them in a journal (when I remember).
I've yet to achieve lucidity for a long period of time, I remember in some dreams being like "Oh wait! I must be dreaming!" then turning around and seeing something that catches my attention, and it's so frustrating when that happens.
Anyways, it's awesome to find a forums just about it. :) I read this book "Lucid Dreaming In 30 Days" it had techniques in it for High Lucidity, and things of that sort, but I think I should take it one step at a time.
Plus I believe that if I have alot of others energy helping me along, and I'm tying up my energy in this, it'll be alot easier, and I'll be able to try and help others with my support and advice.

Oh yeah, by the way.. I take melatonin nightly before I go to sleep, it has really helped out my dream recall, and it's all natural. :) plus it does many other cool things, I used to combine it with valerian root, but I noticed when I didn't fall asleep and took it, I was feeling funny -_-.. wow I also take Super B Complex, so I'm going to start taking that before bed with the melatonin, this forum is helpful.
