Hello everyone. My best friend recently found this site and told me about it. I've always wondered if it was possible to control your dreams and have been able to in the past.
I read through the entire site and I'm very excited to try this out. I'm going to begin a dream journal where I will keep track of my dreams. Hopfully I'll be lucid within a few weeks.
If any of you got any advice please let me know. Thanks!

Lucid dreaming is all about belief, motivation and expectation ;) And that goes for both lucidity and control
