Hi, I see there is a lot dreamers here. :happy:
I am a 40 years old man from Quebec and in several years,
I did more than 200 lucid dreams. :meditate:
I am very interested in the WILD and other techniques and
I hope I will learn some new tricks here. :dancingcow:

welcome! Im a newbie myself. Thats interesting I tried wild yesterday during a nap for about 2 hours and I had no luck but when i got up i was is an Uber relaxed state and i still feel VERY energetic and calm still. Was this meditation or something else?
