My name is Jonathan, you can all call my hpnotiq or casanova, I'm from New York but i'm living in the Dominican Republic. I'm very interesting in Lucid dreaming and anything related to dreaming. I am also extremely interested in the meditation, getting to know my body,mind,spirit as much as possible, found new interest in something called Astral Projection, and alot of other things. You can say that I'm at the point of discovering so many new things I don't know where to start!

adding to Squall's recommendation, if you are interesting in astral projection/travel i would recommend the book "Book of Dreams" by Slyvia Browne. it was an interesting read even though some of her theories were far-fetched for me.
While looking for lucid dreaming websites a friend recommended this one, and I bumped into Astral Projection, on an Astral Projection website they had a picture of someone laying down then their spirit or whatever rising above them and I remember this happend to me about 2 years ago and I got really scared! I now have discovered it might of been Astral Projection.
