Exclamation Tips on recognising dream signs

I am new to all this LD. Only been trying it a couple of weeks. I have managed to have 3 very short WILDs and 2 even shorter DILDs. When i wake from the non lucid dreams and recall them I realised I've missed some of my common dream signs.

My main dream sign is my old house I grew up in. This appears in my dreams most nights so it is very important that I recognise it as a dream sign.

I'm doing RCs throughout the day. So any tips anyone can give me on improving my chances on recognising my old house as a dream sign would be very much appreciated.

Well, since you don't have access to your old house in real life, you can't go to your old house to reality check. You are free, however, to imagine you're at your old house, and visualize yourself reality checking there. I suggest you practice that visualization for several minutes before bed, as well as during any wake-back-to-beds you decide to do.

Yep it is difficult to do reality checks in an house i no longer live, but that what makes it a great dream sign. if i'm no longer living there, why would i be at the house. so i'm definitely going to try the visualising thing.

      thank you
