what the hell
Hi!
I discovered LDs few times ago, had some, half voluntary induced (self hypnosis plus some luck:P )
So, as you may have already noticed, i'm not english^^.
I'm trying the wild method, easy to get to the sp part, but then, nothing, i got some unvoluntary moves, and i feel like going deeper into...
(i don't know what in fact), but, no images, and i go back to the concious state. Sucks!:P
When i move again after it, i feel like as you feel when you wake up, lazy muscles and all (don't know how to describe it).
I would describe the sp as some unconcious moves, but the feeling you can't move. Is that it, I mean Am I on the right track?

:welcome: to dreamviews!
I'm by no means an expert, but it looks like you're on the right track. If you aren't already, I'd get in the habit of reality checking. What you may have is a false awakening (where you dream that you've woken up), which is very common in WILDs. Just keep trying, and I'm sure you'll be lucid dreaming in no time!
Yup, that's definitely sleep paralysis. Some guys have all the luck. I haven't even been able to induce SP. :P I'll try coupling my WILD attempts with the WBTB bit.

Welcome!
The above tutorial really helped me to get a better grasp on WILDing.
Good Luck!

thanks for the help! i was really close last night!
I had some really really realistic images, like my room was melting into something else. cool!
But it stopped after a minute :embarrassed: I don't know if it was the begginning of the dream or hypnagogic hallucinations :?
i did a reality check, but it was not a dream. I don't understand why it stopped like that.
then i get a lill bit discouraged and i gave up :P

Just remember to do a reality check whenever you wake up. There is the very likely possibility that you had a false awakening, which is actually how a great number of WILDs begin.
