Hi!
Like everybody sais I am new here :D.
I am wondering if this is a god RC.
I write a big L on my arm that reminds me to rc.
I look at it many times during the day and when I dream maybe i look at my left arm and dont see the L wich means that I am dreaming or i see the L and do a RC and then realise that i am dreaming.
What do you think about this rc?

Yes it is a great technique. You know what is crazy. When I first joined dream views I decided to write the letter "D" on the back of my hand and do a nose pinch RC every time I notice it throughout the day. It worked wonders for me. I hadn't heard of anyone else actually doing this besides myself. Sweet!
My first post in a LD forum was about writing "RC" on my hand. It seems I'm not the only one :p.

I can tell you my results :D
I was listning to Brainwave beats the hole night and dreamed about super heroes for some reason.
Then I see someone who is flying and I look at my arm to do a reality check.
I see an L but its blurry and then i try to breath under water and realise i am dreaming.
Unfortunately I get to happy and wake up ... but it was my first Lucid Dream :D
Sorry for my english. I am 15 years old and I am from Sweden :P
I did that one and I had two lucid dreams that night, it's a very very good reality check.
Congrats, man! Glad to hear it worked for you. Ah, you're english is fine. I've seen a lot worse from people who've been speaking english their whole lives.
Another thing is a rubber band, that way you don't look as silly ;D
This sounds like a very good rc, I will definetly be trying this out.
Ok this night I am going to use the EILD technique with BWGEN :D
