Reintroduction
hey guys, i've been signed up to these forums for a little close to a year now and for a while i frequented the forums and site until i graduated from school. With the graduation and the moving out i haven't gotten a chance to really come back on or even think of lucid dreaming at all. Before i fell off the wagon i started to try the WILD method, setting my alarm clock at about 3 in the morning, writing in my journal and reading lucid dream articles then going back to sleep. My problem now is, I have a roommate! So my question to you guys is, does anybody here live with a roommate and what methods other than WILD could you suggest that would be less detrimental for my friendship with my roommate.

Hello there, welcome back! =)
WBTB is quite handy... but yes, it is problematic if you have a roommate. You could try using a silent alarm, like a vibrating cell phone. There are also ways of training yourself to wake up naturally at a certain time. Or you could not do WBTB's and just focus on your dream recall and try to DILD.
Anyway, good luck! =D Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

MILD is a good one, it doesn't require that you wake up in the middle of the night (although it helps) and using melatonin and b6 will increase your chances.
:welcome: back btw.
