They were both long.
As for methods -
#1: tried practically everything. approx. 8 AM
Got into SP, firm intention (MILD) as to what i intended, then watched HI, then counted, then, felt my body sensations.... like that. (I thought it would never happen but it did).
#2: Approx. 2 pm
Got into SP, followed breathing, followed HI, followed more breathing, more body sensations. Easier this time.
