Well you've come to the right place.
I only have two questions before your admittance to our hallow halls.
Do you happen to have a beard?
Are you from Chile?
Lol, no and no :)
Damn.
I was hoping I could cut of your beard if you had one.
Then I could honestly say I've made a Chilian Chinchilla's Chin Chilly.
Nightmares could come from anything. Do you watch a lot of horror movies? Those often cause nightmares, even for people who love them. Try journalling your dreams, you may find patterns that you'll miss just thinking about them. You can use these patters as dream signs and help you become lucid. If you can become lucid during a nightmare, it's a great way to overcome fear.
Also, try another lucid induction technique, I recommend MILD coupled with WBTB.
Ouch, that's rough. Sorry. The only real advice that I have should be in the "how to end a dryspell" tutorial. Just keep a dream journal, do regular reality checks, try to identify your dreamsigns (nightmares in general may be one for you), and think about dreaming and gaining lucidity throughout the day. Good luck!
Haa ha ha ha...ha ha ha...ha ha...ha...hrm... I'm better now. :lol:Quote:

Lol Exo.
Good luck Chinchilla; just don't give up and things should get better. =)
