help me...
I've been attempting to LD for about 2 months now. I've been able to recall up to 4 dreams a night. but still no LD. I keep a very detailed Dream Journal and I take b6 and Melatonin before bed. I've tried WILD, DILD, and MILD and all they have done for me is spark some very vivid dreaming. I'm am keeping a positive outlook and I'm active on this forum every day. I would love some help. PM me if your interested.
Thanks, Lucas the goat.

Hey Lucas! Welcome to DV. :D
Don't get too discouraged about not having any lucids yet. It took me several months to really get some of my first ones. It's absolutely critical to NOT give up! You could be on the verge of your first lucid any night now.
With the techniques, it's also a good idea to pick one or two and stick to them. It's helpful to have a consistent program you follow. For example, MILD before bed every night and RCs during the day as much as possible. I don't want to be assuming anything here, but if you are switching between MILD, DILD and WILD, it's very hard to give your brain a chance to catch on to any one of those things. You will still LD eventually, but it will probably be slower, not faster, if you use one technique for several nights, then a different one, and so on.
But can you describe in more detail exactly what you are trying? Like morning, day, and night? WBTBs? When you try your WILDs? When you use which techniques, whether you've been switching back and forth among them, or trying them all at once? As much information as possible will help. :D

It would be great if you could elaborate on how you do your techniques, then maybe we could find anything you might be doing incorrectly.
A sure fire way to increase your chances of having an LD is to BELIEVE you will have one.
How much sleep do you get a night? Sometimes, lack of slleep can help prevent lucid dreams due to decreased awareness and recall.
Try reading through your dream journal and try to find some Dream Signs to help you to DILD
If you have any specific questions feel free to pm me and i will help as much as i can
Welcome to DreamViews and i hope you have a pleasant time!

Lucas, I did try to PM you back 3 or 4 times 2day, and tried to post here, but for some reason it keeps giving me an error message :( So I`m gonna try a short post and see if that works... anyhow listen to the advice they have given, Naiya helped me greatly and I`ll try again later if this time my post works. :) good luck and sweet dreams

I get a solid 7-8 hours on weekdays and 9 on sat and sun.
I followed all the technics to the T from the tutorial standpoint.
Right now im trying to figure out what my dream signs are. I've
kept a pretty clean journal but havn't noticed any simularitys.
Also I've bought The world of Lucid Dreaming and read the first chapter.
I guess I need to get some of my journal entrys on here for you guys to view.
I'll work on that this week.
