Wow my first lucid and i saw Selene

hey, not many people check the newbie zone but mod's, staff and other newbies....anyhow last night i was on this site and i was reading for a while, when i notcied Waking Nomads post about "sharing" LD's... this intureged me intensly, so when i had my LD, i went to the moon, and holy shit wouldn't y'know

Waking Nomad, Selene(whos name is spelt incorrectly) and some guy with a name like thybbt or something was there....... and we all went out on an adventure.....

Selene(whos name is spelt incorrectly) told me to work on actually work on knowing that im dreaming, rather than to work on telling myself that i am, taking this to thought, i realised that i've never noticed a dream sign no matter how common,(a baby seagull in a cage on my nighttable during an FA for instance). so hopefuly i'll get to see Selene again and we'll work on me noticing ds's..

im mostly rambling on and on and i apologise for that, but i had my first LD last night and im seriously wondering if i actually met selene and waking nomad or if i just interpreted thier exsistance from reading about them on the fourms

Hi Majinaki,

Why dont you PM Wakingnomad? He writes down all his dreams so he would recognize it if it was a shared dream. Just check his dreamjournal for his name in the dream journal section. I hope it's a shared dream thats so awesome I'm quite jealous :P

i used supplements that night, 10mg of melatonin and 100mg of B6
im envious of anyone who can LD when they want

How long have you been trying to become lucid? I am not really supportive when it comes to supplements, It can cause cancer if you use it too often. Whatever feels right ofcourse

eh, i've been trying for about 4months now, the supplement was more of a "holy fkkk lets see if this makes the dream realistic feeling" but yeah, long term it's horrible to do, and personally i think that your not an LD'er if you need supplements everytime
