So im assuming since you joined this site that you are interested in lucid dreaming.
some things i reccomend for an attempt at lucid dreaming are::
A dream journal(IMPORTANT)
7-8 hours of sleep a night(if you are tired you wont remember your dreams and you will be less aware)
Motivation(this is vital)
Dedication(dont expect to write down 1 dream every 2 weeks and still start getting LDs)
