Normally, I'm able to recall about 2-3 dreams per night.
This morning when I woke up, I was able to recall 11 dreams I had, I remembered every single detail that happened in all of them. 6 out of the 11 happened between 6:15 and 7:30 (also, out of the 11, 1 was a false wakening, and 1 I'm not sure if it was a dream or SP+HI)
Yesterday night I didn't eat anything special, I just had pizza pops and a glass of sunny D orange juice.
Any ideas of why this sudden boost of dreams/dream recall?

I have read on many websites that after drinking orange juice dreams become more vivid and are easier to remember. I had some last night including vitamin B and my dreams were really vivid. I wasn't lucid in them as of yet but I think I'm getting close :)

Well, first of all, what do you really mean with one dream? Any change of theme, story or main goal, or just every time you wake up, and then fell to sleep again?

When I was very motivated I could remember upto 6 dreams or more.
Now I'm normal again I remember 2-3 a night. I think it has to do with motivation. Also how rested you are. When I'm very busy I won't remember anything.
Applejuice and orange juice have some effect, but it will not make you remember all your dreams.
When I was not aware of LD's and DV ( a week ago :P) I remembered 1 dream a day. I thought that was my maximum of dreams I could recall, since I wouldn't wake up during the night. Now I am LD'ing I always remember at least 3 dreams a day, it's so weird since I joined DV I am waking up during the night. Maybe it's because I couldnt remember waking up before.
By one dream I mean like a new chapter, so a new scenario in which I don't have any knowledge of my previous dream, so for example, in one of my dreams I was being held captive at war, then all of sudden I'm in the city train, without really wondering how I got there or what I'm doing there, and no memory that 5 seconds ago I was being held captive in war.Quote:

I'm pretty sure its because you are more motivated to remember them. I joined this site yesterday, and for the past few nights I have had great dream recall, and today I took a nap and remembered part of a good dream. It's too bad it was non lucid:(. But yes it has to be motivation, because ive dream recalled 3+ dreams a day :P I love sleeping now :D
