Allright, I have been trying to WILD (along with WTBT) for almost a week now. I am able to totally relax myself (or so i think). I use white noise produced in my head phones as an anchor.
After relaxing for quite a bit, many times i reached a point where I get a quick one second look into a dream scene, and then I'm back. This happened a couple of times. Sometimes I get sudden jolts (ok that means i dozed off occasionally :P).
After that, instead of letting go, I tried to use my concentration on visualizing a dream scene, hoping it would just become a dream. Well, it felt really kinda nice in my body, but I noticed some of my muscles were tensing up, and immediately I'd let go of the scene.
And, I never felt SP coming in. Even when I got the "one second looks into a dream". I felt close to SP only on my first two days with lot of difficulty, and lots of pain all over. And after that, even after total relaxation and absolute stillness for ages, nothing. :hrm:
Someone please give me some new pointers!! Appreciate it!
