Hello. New, and almost there!

This is my first post. I have been trying to lucid dream for a few months, and I am almost there.

Last night I think I went lucid, because there was a guy who turned into a cartoon, but I tried to make him more realistic, but then he started fading, so I tried less hard so I wouldn't wake up (I suppose I was lucid) then I saw a bright white light, and found myself with SP. I decided to let it take me. I felt those crazy vibrations, and heard a woman's voice. I was getting exited. I was thinking (I'm WILDing!) ( suppose I was DIELDing) I was in a very uncomfortable position, on my side, with my hands placed really weird, and wanted to stop. I had this thought that what if I continue vibrating forever! (I let it pass) but after the vibrations ended, for some stupid reason I broke the SP and moved.

So after that little fiasco, I decided to sign up here and get this lucid dreaming down! I really want to see fantasy landscapes, and do cool things!

Welcome to Dreamviews! Congrats on your progress so far. If you realized you were dreaming, then it was indeed a LD. The other may have been a DEILD, as long as you woke up at some point and then went back to sleep (hitting SP). If not, you may have been dreaming of WILDing. Eother way congrats and be sure to start a dream journal and record your dreams nightly.
