Sleep Paralysis + HH
So I just want to know if I got this right,
sleep paralysis is ONLY when your body can't move, usually when you wake up during REM, or trick your body to fall asleep, as in WILD. However the hallucinations are not part of SP, but they rather USUALLY come with SP. And HH (hypnagogic hallucinations) are the ones that make you see things (HI?) and hear things (HS?), so HI and HS are just more specific types of HH's?
Is all this information right?
