I don't fully understand Lucid Dreaming. Ya I read the thing in the beginning over and over but I still am confused. Like, how do you know what is just a dream and what is a Lucid dream? I think I've had a few but I'm not so clear and sure of it. Do you think you guys can help?
When you are dreaming and you realize that you are dreaming, it is a lucid dream. In a regular dream, you don't know you are dreaming.
You should probably note that rather than being lucid and non-lucid as clear cut sections, the amount of awareness you get within the dream makes it more clearer. (More Lucid.) That being said any dream where you are aware you are dreaming makes it a lucid dream, but lucidity alone doesn't necessarily mean you can control things within it.
